Is there web based e-mail access?
Yes, there is web based e-mail access provided with all accounts. To setup your web based e-mail accounts login to CPanel by accessing http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel/ and entering your username and password.
How much does it cost for a domain registration renewal or transfer?

How many domains do I get?
There is a limit of one domain name per account. Note, the number of subdomains, that is, whatever.yoursite.com is different, and is answered in the next question.
How many subdomains do I get?
With the purchase of an account, you are given unlimited subdomains. To create and manage subdomains, use CPanel.
Is there a form mailer provided?
Yes, there is a form mailer provided at no additional cost with all accounts.
Do I have access to cron jobs (crontabs)?
Yes, to modify your crontab jobs login via SSH and use crontab -e, or perform crontab maintenance using CPanel.
Do I have access to Server Side Includes (SSI)?

Is there a web based file manager?
Yes, there is an easy-to-use web based file manager included in the CPanel software. To access it, login to CPanel and click on File Manager.
Do I have access to Secure Shell (SSH)?
Yes, Secure Shell accounts are provided to all users upon request.
Do I have access to Telnet?
Yes, there is access provided via Telnet. You may also be interested in information about Secure Shell accounts. Note however, that accounts which have been specifically denied access to Secure Shell Accounts as part of their package do not have access via Telnet, either.
Do I have access to my site via FTP?
Yes, FTP access is provided to your site.
Can I use phpNuke, phpBB, and other such creations?
Yes, you may use phpNuke, phpBB, and all other similar software.
Is there technical support available, and if so how?
Technical support is available via e-mail and other contact methods. The expected turnaround rate for e-mail sent to this address is 1-3 business days. If your specific problem or enquiry will take longer than this period of time, you will be notified within the 1-3 business days.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
There is a 99.9% uptime guarantee. The guarantee is over the term of one year. If in any year your web site is accessible for less than 99.9% of the time, and you are not at fault (ie, code errors in your scripts, accidental deletions, incorrectly set permissions when you install a script, etc.), you will be given a discount as a percentage of the time when your site was unavailable.
Is there a money back guarantee?
There is not currently a money back guarantee. However, if you would like, a trial period may be arranged.
Are Front Page extentions offered?
Yes, Front Page extentions are offered. You may manage Front Page extentions though CPanel.
Am I able to use streaming audio/video?
Yes, provided that the streaming audio/video technology you are using does not require special server side software and is able to work directly via HTTP. If this is not the case, contact Tim Ginn directly to negotiate the requirements.
Do I have access to daily backups?
Yes, these daily backups are available through the CPanel interface.
Do I have access to autoresponders?
Autoresponders are provided, and are available through the CPanel interface.
Can I pay by cheque, credit card, cash?
Payments are accepted via PayPal using credit cards or directly from your PayPal account. Also, you may send a series of post dated cheques to Tim Ginn via mail if you would prefer this method. Cash payments will be accepted via Tim Ginn's personal address.
Is there any contract?
There is a minimum contract of six months for all plans unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. You may pay the balance due after six months in a lump sum at the start of the term, or with monthly payments throughout the term. In addition to this contract, there are other requirements for services.
Can I increase or decrease my plan?
You may increase or decrease your plan options at any time by contacting Tim Ginn with the details of the changes you would like to make to your plan.
What happens if I go over my allowed disk space or bandwidth?
If you go over your allowed disk space you will be required to contact us in order to increase the amount of disk space allocated to you (charged at our regular rate for disk space). If you go over your bandwidth allowance in a single term you will be charged $3.00 per Gigabyte over this limit. As an alternative, you may purchase additional bandwidth before hand at a cost of $1.50 per Gigabyte.
Do I have access to a shopping cart for my site?
Yes, you have access to a shopping cart system for your site. You may set up and run a shopping cart that is based on PHP, or Perl, and uses MySQL databases. If you would like, Tim Ginn may assist you with the setup of any such shoping cart system. As an alternative to this, if you have the skills, you may wish to use PayPal's Merchant Features to create your own shopping cart.
How do I add a new domain to my account?
To add a new domain to your account, login to CPanel using your username and password. Once you are logged in, click on Addon Domains and follow the steps to add a new domain. Also, you must set the nameservers for your domain to ns1.timginn.com and ns2.timginn.com in order for creating subdomains with CPanel to work properly.
